1. to be articulated in their asks from others,
2. ask the whys,
3. as much as possible, engage each other in public channels (vs DMs). It increase knowledge sharing and feeds a vibrant community.
4. follow all processes set and gear towards the outcome.

Example: When reaching out for help → ask on a public channel, be articulated about your ask and follow the set structure.
